Early Voting
Early Voting is available EVERY SINGLE DAY between Monday, April 27 and Friday, May 15, including Saturday & Sunday.
Monday - Friday 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.
Saturdays, May 2 & May 9: 9 a.m. - 5 p.m.
Sundays, May 3 (No voting May 10): 12 p.m. - 5 p.m.

Absentee Voting
Voters may submit an absentee ballot application starting on August 18, 2025. The last day to submit an absentee ballot application is October 24, 2025.

If you decide you want to vote in person instead of voting absentee:
Request to have your absentee ballot spoiled at any Early Voting Site or on Election Day. Bring the ballot if you have it so they can spoil it
When will receive your absentee ballot:
April 4, 2026 is the first day absentee ballots will begin to be mailed to voters. If you do not receive your absentee ballot, please call 404-612-7060.
To return your absentee ballot you may:

Place it in an absentee ballot drop box ONLY during early voting hours. The last day to place your absentee ballot in a drop box is Friday, October 31, the last day of early voting. These are the early voting sites in North Fulton with absentee ballot drop boxes:

Election Day Voting
Polls are open on Election Day, May 19, 2026 from 7AM to 7PM

If you show up at the wrong voting precinct before 5pm, you will need to travel to the correct precinct before the polls close at 7PM.
If you show up at the wrong precinct after 5PM, indicate that you cannot get to your correct precinct in time and request a provisional ballot.

You may have heard the PSC regulates and sets utility rates for companies like Georgia Power. There are two seats on the ballot on November 4 and we have a chance to put Democrats in these two seats. Currently, all of the PSC members are Republicans and they have been increasing rates to appease corporations.
The two Democrats on the ballot are Dr. Alicia Johnson & Peter Hubbard.
